Pocket Weather Australia utilises the latest weather data from Australia's great Bureau of Meteorology (BOM).

The BOM issues precise forecasts that cover every town and suburb in Australia. Many states have access to hourly forecast data and advanced rain tracking (Sorry, QLD and NT - this is being rolled out for you soon) so you can plan your weekend and find out exactly what the weather conditions will be like in far more detail than ever before!

Stunning weather is stunning

Pocket Weather Australia looks amazing. We've implemented an action bar and our own take on the default Holo appearance. This app also has a different appearance for each weather condition and time of day.

The card-to-fullscreen concept optimises every view for a simple overview, while ensuring that advanced weather buffs always have access to detailed forecast data by tapping through to full screen.

Getting started is literally as simple as flicking a switch. Pocket Weather will take note of where in Australia it is and update all data based on that location.

Not only does Pocket Weather Australia have the best looking radar, it also has the broadest selection. We made sure to include every radar available through the BOM. This includes:

Simply swipe to the right-most card, and you're ready to go. You can even tap into full screen to change locations and view future data. All tide data is stored in your device so you don't need an internet connection to check how high the water is.
